What is the duration of the Yearly Plan?

The Yearly Plan is valid for one year from the day of subscription.


How often are AI Tokens replenished in the Yearly Plan?

AI Tokens are replenished every 30 days.


Can unused AI Tokens be rolled over to the next month?

No, unused AI Tokens will not be rolled over to the next month.


How is the pricing structured for the Yearly Plan?

The pricing for the Yearly Plan is simple. You pay the full price for the first month, and for the remaining 11 months, you pay a small maintenance fee for your account. As a promotional offer, you enjoy all the benefits of your plan even though the payment is lower.

Example: If the monthly price is $10 and the maintenance fee is $1, you would pay $10 for the first month and $1 for each of the remaining 11 months, totaling $21 for the entire year.


Why is the Yearly Plan priced so low?

We are providing the Yearly Plan at a lower price to promote its launch and make it affordable for our customers.


Are KudosWall plans meant for multiple users?

No, all our plans are designed for single users only. KudosWall reserves the right to cancel the subscription without refund for any abuse of this policy.


What is your refund policy for the Yearly Plan?

We are committed to delivering high-quality products and services. If you're experiencing issues with our product due to software defects, please reach out to us, and we will work diligently to address the issue. Refunds for the Yearly Plan are available for the unused months' maintenance fees on a prorated basis. Please note that the first month's full price is non-refundable as it covers the initial month of service and cannot be prorated.


Do any of your plans have auto-renewal?

No, our policy is to have no auto-renewal for any of our plans, including the Yearly Plan.


How can I cancel my yearly plan subscription?
You don't need to cancel your subscription. It automatically ends at the conclusion of your subscription period, as we do not offer auto-renewals for any of our plans, including the yearly plan.
