When a recruiter using HaiTalent asks to see your resume, the request appears here:

https://kudoswall.com/account/resume-access

Open the invitation, review who asked, then accept or decline.

Turn recruiter visibility off in Settings if you do not want to be discoverable. That does not remove invitations already sent.
