How to Use KudosWall's Interview Preparation Feature

KudosWall's Interview Preparation tool in Copilot allows you to practice for your upcoming interviews with customized behavioral and technical questions. Here’s how to get started:

1. Select the Interview Preparation Option
   In the KudosWall Copilot, choose "Interview Preparation" to begin setting up your interview practice session.

2. Choose a Resume
   Select the resume that best matches the job you’re preparing for. This will help the system tailor the questions to your background and experience.

3. Provide Job Title and Description

   • Enter the Job Title of the position you’re interviewing for.
   • Optionally, provide a Job Description for more customized question suggestions.

4. Receive Your Questions
   Once your details are submitted, Copilot will generate a list of interview questions. These may include:

   • Behavioral Questions to assess your experience handling various situations.
   • Technical Questions related to your field and specific job title.

5. Practice Your Answers
   Review the questions and suggested response points to prepare thoughtful answers. Practicing these questions can boost your confidence and readiness for the interview.
