3. Can I build both a resume and a digital portfolio simultaneously on KudosWall?

Absolutely! With KudosWall's Resume Builder, a single action lets you craft both a resume and a digital portfolio.

4. How can I enhance my portfolio with multimedia?

When adding experiences, you can attach rich media like pictures, videos, and documents. These attachments are displayed exclusively in the portfolio view and will not appear in the resume view.

5. How does linking social profiles differ between the resume and portfolio views?

In the resume view, only your LinkedIn profile is displayed. However, the portfolio view offers broader flexibility, allowing you to link multiple platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Dribble, and more.

6. How can I add or modify my social links?

You can easily manage and update your social links from the settings screen.

7. How do I save my Resume and Portfolio?

Your Resume is saved automatically along with your entries. You can download your Resume by clicking on 'Preview & Download'  or 'Download' from toolbar.

8. Who should I contact if I'm having trouble with my resume?

10. Can I upload my existing resume?

Yes, you can upload your existing resume. Our platform offers an 'Import your Existing Resume' feature accessible in the Edit view. This feature, currently in Beta, allows you to easily upload your resume. Once uploaded, you have two options:

Enhance with AI: Use our AI capabilities to automatically improve your resume.

Manual Modification: Choose to make edits and adjustments yourself.

**Please note, uploading a resume is one of the more resource-intensive processes and consumes AI tokens. The number of tokens needed varies based on several factors:

Length of the Resume: Multi-page resumes generally require more tokens.

Content Complexity: Elements like styling, images, and intricate text contribute to higher token usage.

Volume of Content: The amount of text can also affect token consumption.

While it's difficult to specify the exact number of tokens needed for each upload, a general estimate is between 4,000 to 15,000 tokens. This range may vary depending on the unique attributes of your resume.

11. What is the criteria you look for when uploading my current resume?

• Accepted Formats: 
  Your resume should be in one of the following file formats: PDF
• Image Restrictions:
  Please note that images embedded in your resume will not be imported and may cause parsing errors.
• Length Limitation:
  Ensure that your resume does not exceed 5 pages in length and also does not have too much content crammed in a resume less than 5 pages long.
• Optimized Structure:
  For best results, our AI parser recommends structuring your resume with commonly used sections.

11. Do you scan existing resumes for checking the suitability for a particular job description?

Currently, KudosWall's AI Resume Builder is not designed to scan and evaluate the suitability of an existing resume against a specific job description. Instead, our platform excels at developing a new resume or enhance an existing resume that is customized for the job you're targeting and the job description you provide. By guiding you through the process of choosing relevant skills and action verbs, our builder ensures that your resume aligns with the key requirements of your desired role, helping you to stand out to potential employers.

12. Does KudosWall’s Auto-Enhance Feature Guarantee an Improved ATS Score?

While KudosWall's Auto-Enhance feature is designed to tailor your resume for specific job descriptions, please note that ATS (Applicant Tracking System) scores can vary across different platforms due to the lack of a standardized scoring method. Our primary goal is to enhance your resume's relevance and quality. As such, we cannot guarantee uniform improvements in ATS scores across all scoring systems.
