You cannot change the email on your account

The email address on your KudosWall account cannot be changed.

On https://kudoswall.com/account/settings, Email Address is shown as read-only, with the note: “Email address cannot be changed.”

• Sign-in, password reset, receipts, and PDF-by-email all use this address.
• If you signed up with Google, the Google email is the account email.

Create a new account with the address you want, then copy your resume content into it (download or rebuild). If you have a paid plan on the old account, write to [email protected] before you delete anything — we cannot move a purchase between emails automatically.

Do not create two accounts just to share one paid plan. Each account has its own access.
