Refunds

All plans and one-time payments are non-refundable once activated. That includes monthly, quarterly, yearly, weekly, day pass, add-ons, and similar purchases, regardless of how much you used the product.

This matches our Terms of Service (refund policy clarified 28 July 2025).

If you booked a resume writing appointment, that booking is non-refundable. We may cancel the service for inappropriate behavior without a refund.

Trials and promo codes usually cannot be stacked. Referral credit is not cash and cannot be refunded.

Closing your account does not create a refund.

If a charge looks wrong (duplicate payment, failed checkout that still billed), email [email protected] from your account address with the date, amount, and last four digits of the payment method if you have them. We will check the payment provider (Razorpay or Paddle or other Provider).
